What you will do

• Own the overall Go-to-Market plan for the Americas territory to drive demand and revenue.
• Drive pipeline creation and acceleration by designing multi-channel demand programs (field, digital, and partner-led).
• Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to optimize lead follow-up, qualification, and funnel velocity.
• Execute partner-sourced pipeline growth through structured co-marketing and joint GTM strategies.
• Track and analyze performance against KPIs, focusing on ROI and marketing-attributed revenue.
• Manage the regional budget and maintain relationships with partners and industry associations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B Field/Channel Marketing experience, ideally in security or enterprise software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in building regional partner marketing strategies and organizing local/regional events.
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
