What you will do

  • Develop and execute high-impact multi-touch B2B campaigns across paid ads, email, social, and onsite channels.
  • Own the agency of record strategy, including budget management, channel mix, and performance analysis.
  • Optimize the customer journey using marketing automation to improve lead quality and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and senior business leaders to align marketing activity with strategic goals.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Analyze data reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and optimize strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Excel for advanced data manipulation (macros, pivot tables).
  • Success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Experience presenting strategic initiatives to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare technology (Medtech).
  • Proficiency in paid search and paid social channels.
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners for program execution.
  • Experience handling large datasets including customer segments and online metrics.
