What you will do
- Develop and execute high-impact multi-touch B2B campaigns across paid ads, email, social, and onsite channels.
- Own the agency of record strategy, including budget management, channel mix, and performance analysis.
- Optimize the customer journey using marketing automation to improve lead quality and visibility.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and senior business leaders to align marketing activity with strategic goals.
- Lead the development of comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Analyze data reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and optimize strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven track record of scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Experience with Salesforce or Excel for advanced data manipulation (macros, pivot tables).
- Success in developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
- Experience presenting strategic initiatives to executive-level stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology (Medtech).
- Proficiency in paid search and paid social channels.
- Experience managing external agencies and partners for program execution.
- Experience handling large datasets including customer segments and online metrics.
