TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Medtech): Owning relationships with employer accounts to drive enrollment, engagement, and net revenue retention with an accent on commercial outcomes and strategic account planning. Focus on translating member outcomes into quantifiable business value and orchestrating cross-functional motions to protect and grow revenue.

Location: Must be based in the US. Specifically limited to candidates in New York City, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Seattle.

Salary: $106,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of employer clients to ensure strong retention and high engagement.
  • Collaborate with channel/payer partners to manage strategic relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans and track renewal milestones to mitigate risks.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to build data-supported business cases.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present data insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve client workflows and platform features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health, healthcare, or SaaS.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.
  • Experience managing enterprise employer clients with 5,000+ employees.
  • Proven ability to execute engagement strategies that drive measurable client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the digital health, wellness, or family health space.
  • Experience managing a high volume of clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
