TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (position requires up to 30% travel)

Salary: $65,600 - $168,200 (includes base and variable pay)

What you will do

  • Develop proactive engagement strategies, health checks, and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Identify risk signals and implement mitigation strategies to minimize churn and secure renewals.
  • Execute consultative sales motions to identify and close upselling and expansion opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and IT departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain accurate pipeline data using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and support product improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in renewal management, upselling, or cross-selling, ideally with SaaS technology.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling information solutions to hospitals or health systems.
  • MBA degree.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman, or Franklin Covey.
