What you will do

• Drive O&M Service Business performance across safety, finance, and technical metrics (Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, etc.).
• Manage the full lifecycle of service contracts and maintain clear communication and relationships with customers.
• Oversee the regional cost center, including budget development and financial performance tracking.
• Lead a dispersed services team and manage 3rd party vendors to ensure high-quality O&M execution.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Management of Change activities to resolve product performance issues.
• Lead O&M training efforts for new owners and 3rd party service providers.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, with a strong preference for a technical field (BSEE, BSME, BSCE, Chemistry, Physics, Math).
• 10+ years of experience in electric utility or independent power producer (IPP) within generation, operations, or technical teams.
• Proven experience leading safety efforts in operational settings and managing income statements.
• Proficiency with SAP or equivalent financial reporting platforms.
• Technical experience with SCADA and MODBUS.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
