Salary: $107,500-140,000 + annual bonus (20% target)

What you will do

• Implement capacity and capability management under Engineering Manager guidance to assign resources effectively based on project scope and technical needs.
• Drive process improvements, ensure workflow efficiency, and achieve financial results through cross-functional engagement.
• Manage team performance, development, coaching, and morale while holding accountable for goals and metrics.
• Support sales and customers with technical guidance, feedback, relationship building, and issue resolution.
• Guide project handlers on compliance, scope changes, policies, and customer notifications; handle projects as needed.
• Promote high-performance culture, change management, and global cross-functional networks.

Requirements

• Must work hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in Auburn Hills, MI, United States
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience in the automotive industry
• Prior experience leading EV battery testing activities
• Solid experience in cross-functional or global projects across multiple functions or regions
• Strong customer collaboration, project management, business acumen, presentation, and employee management skills
• Ability to work in diverse cultural environments
