What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) roles from intake to close.
• Source and identify AI-forward talent who treat AI fluency as a professional standard.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and refine search criteria.
• Track pipeline health and conversion metrics to optimize the hiring process.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to final decision.
• Provide market intelligence on AI engineering and product management talent trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of closing senior software engineering, product management, and product design roles.
• Demonstrated ability to assess builder mindset and genuine AI fluency in candidates.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub, and portfolio research.
• Data fluency to track pipeline health and drive decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC (in-office 3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI-native or AI-forward engineering teams.
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) company dynamics.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS at an operational level.
• Exposure to org design or workforce planning with VP-level stakeholders.
• Comfort recruiting in EMEA or APAC markets.
