Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, NC) - in-office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) roles from intake to close.
- Source and identify AI-forward talent who treat AI fluency as a professional standard.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate expectations and refine search criteria.
- Track pipeline health and conversion metrics to optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to final decision.
- Provide market intelligence on AI engineering and product management talent trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of closing senior software engineering, product management, and product design roles.
- Demonstrated ability to assess builder mindset and genuine AI fluency in candidates.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, GitHub, and portfolio research.
- Data fluency to track pipeline health and drive decision-making.
- Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC (in-office 3 days/week).
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for AI-native or AI-forward engineering teams.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) company dynamics.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS at an operational level.
- Exposure to org design or workforce planning with VP-level stakeholders.
- Comfort recruiting in EMEA or APAC markets.
