Location: Hybrid to SF office, 3 days per week in office

Salary: $132k–$155k per year + Equity

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of technical and non-technical high-tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the US and Israel to align on hiring needs.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
  • Act as a local ambassador in the Bay Area to build and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Utilize AI tools and data insights to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper-growth tech companies, including at least one startup environment.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in San Francisco to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
