Client Growth Consultant (E-commerce): Driving the growth of commercial partnerships in Brazilian and Mexican markets across Cashback, Community, and Voucher verticals with an accent on strategic advisory, commercial agreement negotiation, and data-driven strategy. Location: Hybrid, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Requires travel to Mexico and European countries 2-4 times per year.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to key retail partners and co-develop growth initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage long-term commercial agreements and strengthen client relationships.
- Translate data into strategy, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, analytics, marketing, operations) to deliver impactful partner solutions.
- Represent hirify.global at meetings, industry events, and conferences in Latin American markets.
- Monitor, report, and communicate results, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, client advisory, commercial, or account management, ideally within digital, marketing, or e-commerce industries.
- Previous experience working with the Mexican market.
- Eager to move from advising to executing, taking ownership of growth strategies.
- Strong in structured problem-solving and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to turn analytical findings into compelling narratives for clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
