What you will do

  • Execute outbound campaigns via calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn to prospects across Latin America.
  • Manage named account lists with multi-touch sequences, research, and tailored messaging to reach decision-makers.
  • Overcome objections, book discovery calls, and hit metrics on calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, provide weekly reports, and collaborate on target lists.
  • Monitor LATAM retail landscape for triggers and share competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
  • Professional English proficiency
  • 1–2 years of outbound sales development or cold calling experience with proven success in generating meetings.
  • Resilience, persistence, strong verbal communication, and organization for high-activity volumes.

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting into Latin American markets.
  • Background in tech, digital media, advertising, or retail.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and CRM platforms.
