What you will do
- Evangelize the value of Automation and AI/ML to business clients.
- Build and deliver industry-specific demos and Proof of Value (PoV) for prospects.
- Conduct process discovery sessions to identify and quantify automation opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to define account strategies and grow the solution footprint.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing or strategic consulting roles.
- Technical expertise in AI or RPA combined with business transformation experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to architect complex technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
- Availability for up to 25% travel.
