What you will do

  • Manage contracts for direct customers including bid reviews, strategy collaboration, negotiation, and archiving approvals.
  • Handle sales compensation planning, implementation, training, payout execution, and pay forecasts for LARC region.
  • Support operating mechanisms by providing sales data, coordinating planning meetings, and identifying sales risks/opportunities.
  • Oversee lead-to-order processes including quotations, customer account management, pricing, and order issue resolution.
  • Drive systems adoption by supporting sales team on CRM/quotation tools, running reports, and improving usage.
  • Manage channel operations including performance analysis, onboarding, and communication of pricing/product changes.

Requirements

  • Native/Advanced English and advanced Spanish skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of contractual/commercial concepts and negotiation ability with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and process improvement focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word; self-starter with discipline in execution
  • Problem-solving, team working, flexibility, and integrity in handling confidential information

Nice to have

  • Sales operations or sales compensation management experience
  • IT skills in SAP, quoting tools (e.g. BMI), CRM (e.g. C4C, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales/service processes and medical device industry
  • Basic French skills
