What you will do

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with leading retailers, CPGs, and agencies across Latin America as a business consultant.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue and technology adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with Insights, Operations, Media, Creative, and Technology teams.
  • Utilize shopper data and analytics to create compelling business cases and influence decision-making.
  • Present strategic recommendations to manager and director-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or client success, ideally within CPG, digital media, retail, advertising, or technology.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders through consultative selling.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with data and analytics to uncover insights and measure impact.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in and support Spanish-speaking markets across Latin America.
