What you will do

• Lead and direct advisors, millwrights, alignment crews, pipe fitters, and electricians in accordance with standards and drawings.
• Coordinate technical, trade, and equipment resources for site projects.
• Execute site services while maintaining a strong focus on HSE.
• Develop business plans, proposals, and provide administrative support for service operations.
• Provide technical advisory support and training for hirify.global product lines.
• Oversee projects and manage all aspects of leading sub-contractor crews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical experience (e.g., maintenance mechanic, mechanical construction foreman, or technician).
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, rigging, pipefitting, millwrighting, and machining.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% (approx. 200 days per year) domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Must be living and authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
