What you will do

• Supervise and execute assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems based on technical documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and implement corrective actions to resolve technical difficulties on-site.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including worker supervision, site layout organization, and project deadline adherence.
• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards and conduct safety briefings for temporary staff and subcontractors.
• Manage on-site resources, tools, and inventory of consumables and PPE.
• Document site activities, safety reports, and time tracking to ensure proper traceability.

Requirements

• Vocational qualification, technician certificate, or relevant experience in boiler-making or mechanics.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or site supervision in industrial environments.
• Based in Rhode Island, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or the Tampa, FL area.
• Willingness to travel 100% and at all sites.
• Ability to read and interpret industrial plans and plant design drawings.
• Working knowledge of mechanics, welding, and hydraulics.

Nice to have

• Experience in the maintenance of waste incineration plants.
• Basic knowledge of boiler construction.
