What you will do

• Research and design mechanical/electromechanical products and systems like engines, robots, controls, and thermal/hydraulic systems.
• Direct engineering personnel in fabrication, testing, installation, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Supervise 2-10 technical support employees and coordinate maintenance/repair for optimal machine utilization.
• Perform root cause/failure analysis, review PM systems, and develop standardized repair procedures.
• Source parts, evaluate field installations, recommend design modifications, and use CAD for new/modified parts.
• Participate in project management, task teams, and daily repairs as needed; assist with SAP issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC controls, robotics, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
