Installation Site Manager

Location: Norcross, United States; on-site work with up to 90% international travel.

What you will do

• Manage on-site execution from installation start through project closure, including preparation, installation, qualification, testing, and commissioning.
• Lead and coordinate Field Service Engineers, including logistics, resource allocation, and intervention worksheet approvals.
• Act as the main customer contact, lead daily reviews, report progress, and escalate deviations to the Project Manager Execution.
• Own on-site HS&E, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance with safety coordination plans and standard operating procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis for technical issues and oversee updates to as-built software and technical documentation.
• Secure stakeholder acceptance through completion and sign-off of on-site activity certificates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing on-site activities for capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, automation, electrical, and process disciplines, with expertise in at least one of these areas.
• Experience with automation systems such as B&R, Siemens, Elau, or Allen-Bradley is relevant.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 90%, including internationally, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Knowledge of aseptic technologies and the hirify.global portfolio.
• Spanish, Italian, and/or French language skills.
