What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of on-site activities from installation start through to project closure.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs), overseeing logistics and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during execution, leading daily reviews and reporting progress.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) standards and Safety Coordination Plans.
• Oversee the completion of installation, qualification, testing, and commissioning checklists.
• Lead root cause analysis for technical issues and maintain updated as-built software and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing on-site activities for capital projects.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 90%.
• Strong technical background across mechanical, automation, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Technical expertise in at least one area: Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau, Allen-Bradley), Electrical, or Aseptic systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering (asset).

Nice to have

• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Knowledge of aseptic technologies and the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and/or French.
