What you will do

• Grow a portfolio of insurance accounts into significant revenue relationships using a hunter-farmer approach.
• Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives to drive strategic technology decisions and modernization agendas.
• Sell Agentic AI-driven transformations to automate underwriting, case-based decisioning, and risk evaluation.
• Manage financial outcomes including signings, revenue targets, and engagement profitability.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Develop thought leadership and a strong personal brand in the AI-driven insurance transformation market.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
• Proven track record of growing accounts from a small base into major revenue streams.
• Deep expertise in the Specialty Insurance market and Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
• Experience engaging at the CXO level to advise on business strategy and technology transformation.
• Ability to articulate the value of AI-driven transformation use cases to insurance executives.
• Knowledge of core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco.
