What you will do

• Set the engineering vision and operating model for core post-trade capabilities.
• Translate multi-year strategy into actionable roadmaps and scalable delivery plans.
• Lead global high-performing organizations and shape architecture/platform strategy.
• Partner with Product and business leadership to ensure technology investments deliver client value.
• Establish governance for disciplined execution, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Manage budgets, capacity, and the vendor ecosystem for the assigned domain.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience, preferably in Fintech.
• 10+ years of experience managing engineering teams, organizational budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Deep practitioner of Agile and Lean Start-Up methodologies.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Newark, NJ.
