Location: Onsite at offices in Boston, MA (121 Seaport Blvd) or Windsor, CT (One Orange Way)

Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive development and optimization of the digital onboarding roadmap.
  • Lead technical execution of digital initiatives ensuring delivery excellence and commercial alignment.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and partner with product teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital programs, managing budgets, metrics, and interdependencies.
  • Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams promoting agile practices and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related Technology discipline.
  • 10+ years leading complex projects with proven commercial success.
  • 8+ years delivering large-scale global digital solutions (web/mobile).
  • 8+ years guiding teams in building, testing, validating, and deploying digital solutions.
