Focus on building high-volume pipelines, executing go-to-market strategies, and leading high-performance sales teams.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto)

Salary: $175,000 – $220,000

What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships with major merchants, fintechs, and payment networks.
  • Build and optimize the merchant acquisition pipeline for the KONEK product to secure multi-year partnerships.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure and forecasting.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales and business development professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Innovation, Tech, Legal, and Finance teams for pre-sales and expansion.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of commercial growth.
  • At least 7 years of experience in people management and building high-performance teams.
  • Deep knowledge of payments, merchant services, and fintech trends.
  • Expert proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and practical implementation skills for partner programs.
