Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and technology implementation projects to ensure client technical and operational readiness.
• Manage functional relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Provide early sales cycle support by facilitating education on existing and new product features.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to support the implementation of new features.
• Develop program and project dashboard reporting to track milestones, status, and risks.
• Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to day-to-day operations management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analyst, operations, technology, or project support role.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Basic awareness of project delivery concepts and experience in operational environments.
• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment systems such as POS and banking machines.
• Experience with web, e-commerce, and mobile technologies.
