Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA (5 days per week, with availability for 2nd shift meetings)

Salary: $122,000-$160,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Provide HR counsel to leadership and employees on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and visa support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, resolving HR issues and informing leadership of risks.
• Collaborate with global HR functions on talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, and scalable processes.
• Evaluate and optimize site organizational design, support change management, and monitor employee morale.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related + 8 years HR experience (Generalist, BP, or Manager), or Master’s + 6 years; manufacturing environment experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and California employment law.
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) preferred; professional HR certification preferred.
• Strong judgment, communication, influencing, and project management skills in a global environment.
