People Partner (GTM)

TL;DR

People Partner (GTM): Driving people strategy and organizational effectiveness for the AMER GTM leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing with an accent on talent planning, org design, and change management. Focus on coaching managers through business transformations, implementing performance review processes, and leveraging AI to optimize people workflows.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Must work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

Salary: $220,000 - $245,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with AMER GTM leadership (Sales, CX, Marketing) and C-suite to execute strategic people initiatives.
• Consult on talent planning, organizational design, retention strategies, and change management.
• Apply systems thinking and AI tools to improve people programs and operating rhythms.
• Facilitate 360 performance review processes, including manager calibrations and compensation planning.
• Coach managers on effective performance management and increasing employee engagement.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and implement proactive retention strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience.
• 5+ years supporting GTM, Sales, or Revenue organizations within SaaS or AI companies.
• Demonstrated experience navigating large-scale business model or GTM transformations.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of state and federal labor relations laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with async and global teams.
