Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Develop the LCR team’s strategy and annual work plans to formalize and build out the operational function.
  • Partner with IT and Vendor Management to implement technology solutions for document and contract lifecycle management.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying efficiencies and implementing improved workflows and tools.
  • Oversee project planning, stakeholder management, and budget resources for team-sponsored projects.
  • Manage the external counsel program and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
  • Lead people management activities, including talent strategy, performance reviews, and career progression.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and minimum 7 years of experience in legal operations.
  • Proven experience in people management and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of financial, HR, and vendor management within a corporate legal context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Must be based in Toronto to support a flexible hybrid work model.
