Salary: $160,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and lead a production system that converts legal insights into clear, timely, and platform-native stories.
• Manage in-house content production, including editors, freelancers, and video agencies.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
• Oversee the management of internal production gear and studio facilities.
• Develop and grow professional communities around lawyer-influencer talent.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Strong storytelling instincts to translate complex legal ideas into shareable content.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and production setups for studio and on-location shoots.
• Experience briefing and managing agencies, freelancers, and collaborators.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong portfolio or personal social media presence is required.
