What you will do

• Define and execute the social presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Write high-impact content, including founder posts, product launches, and customer stories.
• Build a scalable content engine with editorial calendars, repeatable formats, and asset workflows.
• Partner with founders to develop and scale their personal brands on LinkedIn and X.
• Develop the YouTube channel into a technical demand surface for IT leadership.
• Run social listening to surface market intelligence and feed it back to product and sales teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in social, content, or brand at a B2B software, AI, or developer tools company.
• Proven track record of growing organic social programs tied to pipeline or hiring outcomes.
• Strong portfolio of social work demonstrating a sharp, non-corporate writing voice.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
• Comfort communicating with technical audiences, such as IT directors and security teams.
• Proficiency with modern social listening and AI production tools.
