What you will do

• Execute organic growth priorities across content-driven SEO, AEO, and emerging discovery channels.
• Own the end-to-end execution of initiatives, including scoping, launching, measuring, and iterating on content and pages.
• Partner with Creative, Content, and Clinical teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Implement technical and on-site improvements in collaboration with the web development agency.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, AirOps) to increase speed, scale output, and optimize workflows.
• Track performance using SEO/AEO and BI tools to inform iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in growth marketing with deep, hands-on SEO/AEO expertise for customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with SEO/AEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Profound, and Screaming Frog.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate execution while maintaining high quality.
• Experience in a high-growth, consumer, or content-driven business.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using BI tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
