Salary: $225,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Own organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Hire and lead a social team of managers, creators, and editors to ship high volumes of craft-driven content.
• Define hirify.global’s social voice and creative point of view to ensure a playful and musical brand identity.
• Lead in-house content production from concepting to shoot and final edit.
• Identify trends and memes to ship reactive content within hours.
• Build a creator and community ecosystem through authentic partnerships and UGC programs.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of social media experience at a consumer brand, music platform, or culture-forward agency.
• Proven track record of building and leading social teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Deep fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Strong creative chops in video, editing, copy, and design.
• Experience using social analytics to translate performance insights into strategic decisions.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
