What you will do

• Own content creation across social platforms, focusing on TikTok
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content at high velocity
• Identify trends, formats, and hooks that drive performance
• Rapidly test and iterate on content ideas based on performance data
• Analyze content performance and scale what works
• Collaborate with sellers, creators, and internal teams
• Contribute to social strategy while executing hands-on

Requirements

• 2–5 years managing social media for a brand, preferably in startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of content driving engagement and growth
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and humor
• Expertise in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Strong editing skills with tools like CapCut, Premiere
• Comfortable on and off camera with on-screen presence
• High-output mindset in fast-paced environment
