What you will do

• Spearhead the development of T&O strategy and prepare Board-level presentations and supporting analysis.
• Lead the annual T&O business plan and budget execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Own the business proposal and investment governance process, tracking benefits realization for T&O-sponsored initiatives.
• Establish and lead governance frameworks aligned with enterprise risk, compliance, and internal audit standards.
• Operationalize the ‘CTO Dashboard’ to track key metrics across people, financials, operations, and delivery.
• Partner with senior executives and stakeholders across the enterprise to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology Chief-of-staff, business management, governance, risk, compliance, or strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or Big 4).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Deep understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and operate within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and executive-level communication (advanced PowerPoint skills).
