What you will do

• Align technology innovations and roadmap with the business Payments Leader to drive product strategy.
• Execute end-to-end technology and operations strategy for Payments aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
• Ensure 24/7 operational excellence, reliability, and resilience of hirify.global Debit platforms.
• Drive the modernization of debit payment infrastructure, software engineering practices, and operational tooling.
• Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the Debit Payments portfolio.
• Lead and develop high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Technology Delivery and Operations.
• Deep expertise in payments technology, transaction processing, or high-volume, low-latency platforms.
• Experience operating mission-critical platforms with 99.99% availability.
• Proven track record of modernizing legacy platforms and adopting DevOps and automation practices.
• Strong knowledge of security, risk management, and regulatory expectations in financial services.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
