What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound MQLs using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and BANT/MEDDIC frameworks.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing demand in SMB/Mid-Market accounts, generating pipeline, and closing deals across hirify.global product lines.
  • Nurture leads, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, upsell/cross-sell, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Educate prospects on Unified Communications, video collaboration, and workspace solutions while articulating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams on target accounts, campaigns, and deal registrations.
  • Meet quotas for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution while refining outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Native German + English required for communication with business and IT leaders.
  • Experience in inbound/outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales.
  • Proven B2B virtual sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Technical aptitude with Unified Communications, video collaboration tools, and workspace solutions.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, with strong time management and team collaboration skills.
