UX Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into design solutions including interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups adhering to hirify.global's design system and participate in design critiques.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply research findings from usability tests and surveys to inform design decisions.
• Manage personal project milestones and up to 3 concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on professional UX or product design experience in a company environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating full-time design work across multiple projects
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy, composition)
• Working knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field preferred

• Experience designing for web and mobile contexts
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system
