UX Designer (Direct Contractor)

What you will do

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web, Windows, and mobile products.
• Apply UX patterns, design systems, and brand guidelines to design work.
• Translate product requirements and feedback into clear, usable design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams during development.
• Iterate on designs based on user, peer, and stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving design system components and documentation.
• Support accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related roles in technology/software company.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving (include link in resume).
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Strong desire to learn, user empathy, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to user research methods or usability testing.
• Experience on digital products in team environment.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Interest in analytics or data-informed design.
