What you will do

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
• Analyze research data and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Create UX artifacts, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs, iterating based on feedback.
• Collaborate daily with developers, product owners, and scrum masters in an agile environment.
• Support product teams in adopting UX frameworks and user-centered thinking.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of released features to gather continuous feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong expertise in Angular for frontend development.
• Proficiency in user journey mapping, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Solid background working with agile software development teams.
• English: Advanced (C1) required.
