Salary: $125,980 - $157,470 USD

What you will do

• Champion consultative, discovery-first approach to build trusted client partnerships and drive asset retention and sales growth.
• Provide personalized coaching to advisors based on their experience, strengths, and career goals, supporting licenses and professional development.
• Operate with business-owner mindset to improve processes, performance, and advisor effectiveness using data insights.
• Ensure compliance, call quality, documentation, and supervisory responsibilities in fiduciary environment.
• Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives for Investor Center expansion.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Boston, MA
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams in financial services, sales, or related environment.
• FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, 66 or 63/65, and Series 9/10 and/or Series 24 (Voya supports obtaining/maintaining).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exposure to retirement, investment, or wealth management solutions.
• Comfort in regulated/fiduciary environment.

• Advanced degrees or designations (MBA, CFP, CFA, CRPC).
