What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and provide best practice guidance to help customers maximize platform value.
• Develop data strategies to track KPIs and measure achievement of positive business outcomes.
• Present strategic recommendations and value insights to senior executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate on content and governance strategies to align platform use with business objectives.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities in enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Presales to showcase communication design and business impact for new business acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or communications.
• Proven expertise in building business cases, ROI models, or value frameworks based on customer data.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Operational knowledge of internal communication or HR platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, HRIS).
