TL;DR

Systems Support Specialist (Health-Tech): Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS systems at Lehi office with an accent on system health, security, and compliance. Focus on leading technical projects, managing user lifecycle, incident resolution, and infrastructure maintenance.

Location: On-site in Lehi, UT (must reside within commutable distance, Monday-Friday)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, cloud systems, and manage SaaS ecosystem operational health and security.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise technology deployments, internal tool architecture, and security audits.
• Architect and manage user identity/access through full employee lifecycle using automated workflows.
• Support macOS/Windows fleets, MDM, and endpoint management.
• Resolve incidents via ticketing, perform root-cause analysis for US office locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and create internal documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in systems support, technical operations, or high-growth tech role
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, SaaS administration (identity management, cloud tools)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, basic networking (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi)
• Professional communication for non-technical stakeholders
• Thrive in fast-paced startup with shifting priorities
• Proactive mindset, strong documentation, multitasking
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Kandji/Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, Jira/Confluence
• HIPAA or SOC2 environment experience
• Basic scripting/automation (n8n, Zapier, Python)
