What you will do

• Coordinate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve employee IT issues involving desktops, laptops, and network services.
• Log requests in ServiceNow, assign/escalate issues, and provide status updates to management and users.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support.
• Assist in installing, implementing, and upgrading internal systems, new computer builds, and network infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment and perform routine professional activities in IT support.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related IT support experience.
• Knowledge of fundamental IT principles for analyzing situations and data.
• Follow standard practices and procedures in providing customer-focused IT support.
• Build stable working relationships internally and receive guidance from others.
