What you will do

• Act as the first line of defense for help desk tickets, providing troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Manage the employee onboarding/offboarding process, including imaging laptops and configuring workstations.
• Assist with user account provisioning and access management across corporate platforms.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of hardware and software assets and conduct periodic audits.
• Support the IT team in deploying new system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mentality.
