What you will do

• Partner with Product Manager to shape and execute Business Banking product vision and roadmap from technology perspective.
• Lead and coach a team of 10-12 software engineers, participate in PI planning, agile ceremonies, and provide technical leadership.
• Advise on technology opportunities, architectural improvements, and champion investments for scalability, security, and compliance.
• Oversee design, development, deployment, and support of Business Banking solutions across full product lifecycle.
• Establish engineering standards, manage cross-system dependencies, and foster innovation through code reviews and feedback.
• Define, monitor, and optimize delivery, quality, and operational metrics using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field.
• 7+ years in technology roles with progressive responsibility in engineering leadership and people management.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant, cloud-based, high-transaction-volume systems, ideally in financial services or banking.
• Experience with full-stack development (Java, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React), Agile-at-scale (SAFe, Scrum), CI/CD, and test automation.
• Technical expertise in modern languages (Java, Python), cloud technologies, and tools like Jira.
• Proven strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration, and Agile coaching skills.
