TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Mountain View or San Francisco office)

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and grow the Admin Console engineering team with people leadership and technical direction.
  • Own architecture and execution for admin workflows like data source setup, security, deployment, and feature controls.
  • Partner with Product and Design to simplify enterprise admin experiences and improve self-serve activation.
  • Evolve the console into a broader control plane for context, actions, governance, and AI management.
  • Enhance visibility into deployment health, connector status, and rollout readiness.
  • Collaborate with backend, infra, and security teams for unified admin interfaces.

Requirements

  • 8+ years software engineering experience building production distributed systems or cloud-native applications
  • 1+ years engineering management of a full stack team
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong coding in Python, Go, Java, C++, or Javascript.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, admin consoles, governance, and permissions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to operate in ambiguity.
