Salary: $79,300 – $113,300 (Boston, NYC, LA, SF/Bay Area, Seattle, DC metro areas)

What you will do
- Own month-end close and GL account reconciliations.
- Manage revenue accounting system (RightRev), including period opens/closes and journal entries for revenue/deferred/unbilled accounts.
- Analyze balance sheet/income trends and prepare monthly revenue reports for management.
- Review customer contracts under ASC 606 and handle order management in Salesforce/RightRev.
- Identify revenue leakage in overage invoicing and support usage-based billing implementations.
- Assist with audits, external processes, and adoption of automation/AI/ERP enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in accounting or finance
- 4+ years relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel; experience with large ERP/CRM (e.g., Workday, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication; ability to multitask independently and in teams.

- Experience with revenue systems like RightRev.
