TL;DR

Senior Revenue Analyst (Finance): Leading financial analysis of the customer lifecycle with an accent on Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Focus on building cohort models, identifying churn root causes, and developing predictive revenue forecasts using AI.

Location: Hybrid in Waltham or Boston, MA

Salary: $80,400 - $100,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own the calculation and reporting of core retention metrics, including Customer Churn, GRR, and NRR.
  • Build and maintain monthly/quarterly cohort models to track customer segment performance over time.
  • Partner with CS and Product Growth teams to identify and quantify churn root causes.
  • Analyze upsell/cross-sell trends and track unit economics such as LTV and LTV:CAC ratio.
  • Develop rolling renewal forecasts and prepare financial materials for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Act as the primary Finance liaison for the Chief Customer Officer and leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of profit and loss statements and revenue planning systems.
  • Expertise in building high-volume financial models and detailed cohort analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Waltham or Boston, MA.
  • Ability to utilize AI to build predictive models for revenue forecasting.
