What you will do

• Manage billing for enterprise-level clients with complex account structures and high-value engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate billing inputs and ensure data completeness.
• Review billing schedules, perform reconciliations, and resolve documentation gaps.
• Drive solutions to improve billing process accuracy, scalability, and turnaround time.
• Support month-end close processes, revenue recognition, and accurate AR reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of direct billing experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume billing environments.
• Proficiency with ERP and billing systems, preferably Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Must be based in the USA
