Area Service Manager, East and Canada

What you will do

• Serve as primary service relationship owner for customers, ensuring communication and execution per contracts
• Act as escalation point for technical issues between customers and field technicians
• Support projects across commissioning, operations, and post-COD phases
• Drive O&M performance on safety, financial, and maintenance metrics
• Lead resolution of operational issues using structured problem-solving
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage third-party providers
• Support asset management strategies, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or STEM)
• 10+ years in electric utilities or independent power producers (generation, operations, technical roles)
• Experience leading safety initiatives in operational/field environments
• Proven technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication for stakeholder engagement and customer relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and meet physical site requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
