What you will do

• Lead technical project implementations for small to large client projects exceeding 12 months or with significant budget impact.
• Oversee project teams across organizations to ensure successful client delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Define roadmaps, manage program interdependencies, assign tasks, and provide guidance for quality results.
• Bridge delivery, engineering, product, and sales teams with insightful solutions and recommendations.
• Represent hirify.global in client meetings with executive status reporting, change management, and roadmap presentations.
• Build artifacts, templates, best practices, and participate in process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years functional experience and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience as Project Manager; PMP certification encouraged.
• Leading large-scale technology modernization projects with Agile, cloud platforms, architecture solutions, and technical alternatives.
• End-to-end program delivery across SDLC using tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
• Partnering across business, advising financial institutions, facilitating executive reporting and steering committees.
• Occasional domestic travel; most work remote-enabled.
