TL;DR
Program Manager FCC (Fintech): Lead and manage a portfolio of interrelated initiatives and projects supporting strategic objectives in financial clearing and custody services with an accent on governance, resourcing, funding, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on establishing program governance, proactive delivery using best practices, and building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners including Fidelity US and International.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $158,000 to $182,000 base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Collaborate with business leads and Senior Management Team to plan scope, initiation, resourcing, funding, and prioritization of projects.
- Establish governance for portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Ensure proactive delivery using best practices in project/program management.
- Build relationships with Fidelity-wide partners and lead inter-company engagements.
- Plan and execute initiatives, lead cross-functional teams with coaching and mentorship.
- Manage vendor involvement including budgeting, SOW creation, and delivery oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in project/program management role.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- Project management experience in financial industry using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid frameworks.
- Ability to organize and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with FinTech, financial services back-office, regulatory projects.
- Current work authorization for Canada.
