What you will do

• Shape GTM strategy by identifying growth investments and maximizing return on growth spend.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to optimize CAC, LTV, and overall unit economics.
• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, including pipeline analysis, conversion assumptions, and expansion drivers.
• Lead GTM business reviews and establish KPIs to create transparency and accountability across the revenue engine.
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and scenario planning.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team aligned to GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience, specifically in commercial finance and FP&A.
• Proven experience partnering with GTM organizations in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in SaaS or recurring revenue dynamics and revenue modeling.
• Experience operating within a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
• Track record of building scalable processes and leading high-performing teams.
• Must be based in the United States for the stated compensation range.
